In January 2023, after realizing the just how large the homeless population in Albany, NY was, we quickly acknoweldged the consequential clothing insecurity concerns in the region. We took action and launched our Albany Community Closet to provide free clothing and basic needs essentials by way of strategically placing 4x6 metal outdoor sheds in underserved communities. Since then, we've expanded to provide free pop-up closets in the major cities around the Capital Region with the ability of serving hundreds of families yearly.
