"Capital Region Community Resource, Inc. will be a community staple, recognized for providing access to resources in disadvantaged community areas and eliminating clothing insecurity.  In doing so, Capital Region Community Resource will be dedicated to enriching the lives of community members and pursuing socioeconomic equality."
